Children’s Poet Laureate Announced

The Poetry Foundation in Chicago just announced a new Children’s Poet Laureate: J. Patrick Lewis.  He follows Jack Prelutsky and Mary Ann Hoberman in receiving this award.  Lots of his books are available at the library.

You could try a rhyming story:
