There’s still time for children and teens in grades 3 through 8 to sign up for a special Mexican Sugar Skulls program on Monday, October 8.  This free art class will last from 2:00 PM until 3:30 PM.

In honor of Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos), artist Christine Thornton will present a PowerPoint demonstration in the Story Park on “the creepily cheerful art associated with this holiday.”  Afterward, children will go to the Creativity Park and learn to draw Sugar Skulls of their own!
