Looking for something to do while you’re out of school?  The library has some great activities for you!

Wednesday, January 2
Winter in the Parks: Stuffed Animal Sleepover New Year’s Party (and Snack Time January 3)
3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Bring in your stuffed animal so he can ring in the new year with stuffed friends!  Bring a caregiver with you, also.  Registering for the Stuffed Animal Sleepover automatically registers you and your caregiver for the Stuffed Animal Snack Time the following morning at 10:00.  When the lights go out, your stuffy will be getting into all kinds of nooks and crannies!
For ages 4 to 7 with caregiver and stuffy!
Registration begins December 12.

Thursday, January 3
Winter in the Parks: Computer Workshop on Scratch
2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Kids in grades 2 to 5 will get an introduction to the Scratch programming language at this workshop.
Registration begins December 13.

Friday, January 4
Winter in the Parks: Computer Workshop on Posters
2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Kids in grades 2 to 5 can practice finding images online and pasting them into a document to print and take home.
Registration begins December 14.

Saturday, January 5
Make-It Take-It!
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and
2:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Children of all ages can stop by the Creativity Park and make a craft to take home.
