Create it @ Your Library with Studio 300
Grades 4–12
Choose from a list of tech-centric activities and complete them to earn prizes. Attend one or more of our awesome programs where you can test out cool gadgets, participate in design challenges and complete your own projects in Studio 300.
Register in the Vortex or Studio 300.

Monday, March 7, 2:00–4:00 p.m.
Drop in to test out some of our newest technologies like littleBits, Makey Makey, Squishy Circuits and more!
Drop in to Meeting Room B.

Open Lab
Wednesdays, March 9 & 16, 3:00–5:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 17, 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Drop in to Studio 300 and work on tech-centric projects, and have fun figuring out a design challenge. Please bring your Fountaindale Library card.

Computer Animation (Limit 12)
Thursday, March 10,
7:00–8:30 p.m. (Grades 4–12 and adults)
Learn how to make your own animated video.
Register to attend this program in Studio 300.

Teen & Tween Geek Out
Friday, March 11,
3:30–5:30 p.m. (Grades 4–9)
Drop in to Studio 300 to try out the computers, video and sound recording equipment and so much more.

Raspberry Pi (Limit 10)
Monday, March 14
4:15–5:15 p.m. (Grades 4–6)
Learn basic computer programming
using a Raspberry Pi.
Register for this program in Studio 300.

Too young and don’t want to miss the fun?  We will have another iMake session for younger kids near the end of the second week:

Thursday, March 17
4:15-5:15 p.m. (Grades K-5; Kindergarteners must be accompanied by an adult)
Visit the Creativity Park to try out the library’s newest technologies.  Drop in.
