This is the last week for our weekly Spring Storytimes. Minecraft Club will take place on Tuesday and Thursday.  We will conclude the week with special activities and performances for El día de los niños/El día de los libros.  Join us!

Food for Fines as part of National Library Week
April 9-15
Do you owe any money for fines on your library card? Bring a donation of food to the Check-Out desk  and we will remove $2 in fines (up to $20) per account for each unexpired, non-perishable food item you donate. All food will be donated to the DuPage Township Food Pantry.
You can also return overdue or lost books the week of April 9-15 without paying fines. Returned materials must be in good condition.
Please note: Collection agency fees, billed items that are not returned and billed equipment from Studio 300 and lost eReaders do not qualify.

There will be no weekly Storytimes this week, but Minecraft Club will meet on Tuesday and Thursday.

National Bookmobile Day

Enjoy the delicious adventures experienced by Charlie Bucket on his visit to Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale.

Great Read Harry Potter Art Exhibit

Great Read Finale: Hogwarts Magic Show

Celebrate the Great Read‘s Art Contest winners with an award ceremony at 6:00 PM, and then join us for a magic show! Learn firsthand about the Magic of Hogwarts during a special Harry Potter-themed magic show. Children and their parents will be amazed at the magic of “Professor Gerry Potter.” Professor Potter is the 7th cousin (twice removed) of the famous Harry Potter, and a direct descendant of Godric of the House of Gryffindor. This fast-paced show features comedy magic and lots of audience participation. Muggles of all ages will learn firsthand about the magic of the Marauder’s Map and discover the power of Polyjuice Potion. Audience members are encouraged dress in their favorite wizard or witch outfit, and be prepared to cast their own spells during this family-friendly show. Drop in until the limit of the room is reached.
